THE FUTURE OF FOOD IS NOW

Glenda is an experienced Food Scientist and High Risk Food Auditor who has worked for  Kraft Foods, Coca Cola and SAI Global in four countries.  She is a serial entrepreneur with successful startups in Food, Services and Tech (Data). She has won awards for Innovation for a crisis food that she designed for Australia's largest Aid organization.  Glenda has also worked in Fiji on Capacity building projects. and is also the secretary of her local Rotary International Club.

Glenda's extensive industry experience, qualifications and and understanding of the global food crisis, and her passion for humanitarian outcomes makes her ideal to lead the organization.

Grace is a graduate of Law and Political Economy and a United Nations Human Rights Fellow.  She founded a NGO in Tasmania to improve lives by addressing the literacy gap.  She has a thorough understanding of the landscape of humanitarian aid globally as well as the practicalities of engaging agencies and managing complex stakeholder relationships. A gifted communicator and passionate filmmaker, she has produced content that has aired on Australia's national broadcaster.

Grace deeply understands interactions between government and private industry and aid organizations.  She is a natural relationship and network builder and drives programs to successful outcomes.

Our CTO is a Post Doc Research Fellow in data science with an additional degree in engineering computer science and technology. Her academic results have been consistently near faultless, earning many prizes, scholarships and recognition in China, US and Australia.   Her diverse projects include interactive food packaging,  indigenous  knowledge systems, keyword searching, topographies of money laundering, and smartphone locational algorithms.  She holds two patents for  customer flow prediction.  

 

Her expertise and creativity in data mining, big data, and machine learning brings incredible insight to our project allowing us to optimize decisions with piercing  insight, whether it is machine learning the best formulations, or predicting our customers patterns.

Franck is a Head Chef, trained in France, with over 10 years experience of managing complex food operations and teams.  

 

He has complemented this experience with extensive work in regional branding and sales of premium local product.  He has worked in France, the UK and New Caledonia.  He is an excellent relationship and brand builder.

Franck has also project managed a complex project with implementation of on demand nutritional labelling for ready meals.
